  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ½ cup beef broth

  • In a bowl, combine beef slices, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
