  • 1 teaspoon Everything Bagel seasoning

  • Slice the Cucumber: Using a mandoline or sharp knife, thinly slice the entire cucumber into approximately 1/8-inch thick slices.

Layer Ingredients: In a large deli container or glass jar, start layering:

  • Add the sliced cucumber at the bottom.
    1 large English cucumber
  • Layer the thinly sliced red onion.
    1/4 cup red onion
  • Spread a generous layer of whipped cream cheese.
    4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Tear or roughly chop the smoked salmon and add it to the container.
    5 oz smoked salmon
  • Sprinkle in the capers and chopped fresh dill.

  • Add chunks of avocado if using.
