Arrange the hummus, baba ghanoush, and bread on a platter. Serve with olives, pickles, and fresh vegetables if desired.

Feel free to add other dips like tzatziki or muhammara to the platter.
Freshly baked bread can be substituted with store-bought pita or flatbread for convenience.
