Ingredients
 
 

  • 200 g rice noodles flat
  • 100 g prawns peeled and deveined
  • 1 sausage Chinese, sliced
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce dark
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste optional
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

  • Add the garlic and fry until fragrant.

  • Add the Chinese sausage and cook for about 2 minutes.

  • Push the sausage to one side and add the prawns. Cook until they turn pink.
    100 g prawns
  • Push the prawns and sausage to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Scramble them lightly.

  • Add the noodles to the pan, followed by the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and chili paste.
    200 g rice noodles, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • Stir-fry everything together until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
  • Add the bean sprouts and green onions, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
    100 g bean sprouts, 2 green onions
  • Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

Adjust the amount of chili paste to your spice preference.
Can be made with chicken or tofu instead of prawns for variation.
