Light and Nourishing Gluten-Free Pasta Primavera
A light and wholesome Gluten-Free Pasta Primavera, inspired by Novak Djokovic’s preferred lunch. Ideal for a balanced midday meal that’s both nourishing and energizing.

Ingredients
- 200 g gluten-free quinoa or buckwheat pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil plus more for grilling
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- ½ cup arugula
- ½ red bell pepper sliced
- ½ yellow bell pepper sliced
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves Optional, for garnish

Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gluten-free pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.200 g gluten-free quinoa
Prepare the Vegetables:

Grill the Vegetables:

Combine Ingredients:

Serve:
