  • 1 teaspoon chamomile dried flowers
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint dried leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon balm dried
  • 1 cup water boiling
  • Honey or lemon, optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tea:

  • Place the chamomile, peppermint, and lemon balm in a teapot or infuser.
    1 teaspoon chamomile, 1 teaspoon peppermint, 1 teaspoon lemon balm
  • Pour boiling water over the herbs.
    1 cup water
  • Let steep for 5 minutes.

Serve:

  • Strain the tea into a mug.
  • Add honey or lemon to taste if desired.
