Capture the flavors of s’mores in these gooey chocolate chip cookies with graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows. Perfect for family treats or quick desserts
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Assemble the Cookies:
Take a graham cracker half and place 2-3 chocolate pieces and a few mini marshmallows on top.

Scoop a portion of the chocolate chip cookie dough, flatten it slightly, and place it over the graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallows. Press gently to wrap the dough around the filling, encasing the graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallows within the dough.

Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Place the assembled cookie dough balls onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow for spreading.
Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown on the edges and slightly gooey in the center.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely, if desired. Enjoy warm for that gooey, melty s’mores effect!
Notes
Customization: You can use dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or even white chocolate pieces based on preference.
