Djokovic’s Energy Bombs are quick, natural energy bites made from dates, cashews, and a hint of cocoa powder, easy to make and packed with natural sugars and healthy fats, ideal for a pre-workout snack or a quick pick-me-up.

1cup datespitted
½cupcashews
1tablespooncocoa powderoptional, for a chocolatey flavor

Pinchof sea salt
1-2tablespoonswaterif needed for texture
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients: Ensure that the dates are soft. If they are a bit dry, soak them in warm water for 5-10 minutes, then drain.

Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the dates, cashews, cocoa powder (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Pulse until the mixture begins to come together and is smooth but slightly textured.

Adjust Texture: If the mixture is too dry, add water one tablespoon at a time and pulse again until it holds together when pressed.
