  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup pistachios chopped, or almonds
  • 2 tablespoons rose water syrup store-bought or homemade

  • In a saucepan, whisk together milk, cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble, about 10 minutes.

Add rose water:

  • Remove from heat and stir in the rose water.
    2 tablespoons rose water

Chill the pudding:

  • Pour the pudding into serving bowls and let cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

  • Before serving, drizzle rose water syrup over the pudding and sprinkle with chopped pistachios or almonds.
