Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens lettuce, spinach, arugula
 - 1 cucumber sliced
 - 1 bell pepper sliced
 - 1 avocado diced
 - ½ red onion thinly sliced
 - ¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved
 - ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
 - ¼ cup olives optional
 - ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette or your favorite dressing
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables:
