  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup olives optional
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette or your favorite dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
