Ingredients
- 200 g rice noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 chicken breast thinly sliced
- 1 cup bok choy chopped
- 1 carrot julienned
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.200 g rice noodles
