Traditional Spanish Paella Recipe
A traditional Spanish dish combining saffron-infused rice, chicken, seafood, and vegetables for a rich and hearty meal.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes diced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 pinch saffron threads
- 1 ½ cups short-grain rice such as Arborio
- 4 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup white wine
- ½ pound chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- ½ pound mussels cleaned
- 1 cup peas frozen
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
