  • 2 cups mixed wild berries blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package pre-made pie crusts or homemade if preferred
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the wild berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
