Wild Berry Pie Homemade Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed wild berries blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package pre-made pie crusts or homemade if preferred
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Prepare the Filling:

Assemble the Pie:
- Roll out one pie crust and fit it into the pie dish. Pour the berry mixture into the crust.1 package pre-made pie crusts
- Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the filling. Trim and crimp the edges to seal. Cut small slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake the Pie:
- Brush the top crust with the beaten egg. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.1 egg
