Roll out the pie crust and fit it into the pie dish. Trim and crimp the edges.

Make the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Stir in the pecan halves.

Assemble the Pie:
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
Bake:
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. If the crust starts to brown too quickly, cover the edges with aluminum foil.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
