Classic Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup corn syrup light
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups pecan halves
Instructions
Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into the pie dish. Trim and crimp the edges.1 pie crust
Make the Filling:

- Stir in the pecan halves.1 1/2 cups pecan
Assemble the Pie:
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
Bake:
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. If the crust starts to brown too quickly, cover the edges with aluminum foil.
Cool and Serve:
- Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing and serving.
