Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Kale:

  • Remove the thick stems from the kale and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Season the Kale:

  • Place the kale in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Toss until all leaves are evenly coated. If using optional seasonings, add them now.

Cool and Serve:
