Ingredients
- 1 large kale washed and thoroughly dried
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - ½ teaspoon sea salt adjust to taste
 - Nutritional yeast chili powder, garlic powder, or smoked paprika, Optional toppings
 
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 
Prepare the Kale:
- Remove the thick stems from the kale and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.1 large kale
 
Dry the Kale:
- Use a salad spinner or a clean towel to ensure the kale is completely dry. This helps achieve a crispy texture when baked.
 
Season the Kale:
