Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Fish:

  • Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Rub fish fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Grill or cook in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through.

Prepare the Slaw:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, and hot sauce. Mix well.

Assemble the Tacos:

  • Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.

  • Place a fish fillet in each tortilla. Top with slaw and fresh cilantro.

Notes
