  • 1 packet Protein Powder Ladder Chocolate, plant-based
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 10 oz almond milk (vanilla unsweetened)
  • Handful ice cubes about 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

Prepare Ingredients:

  • Gather all ingredients. Ensure the banana is frozen, which adds thickness and a creamy texture to the shake.

Add Ingredients to Blender:

  • In a blender, add Ladder Chocolate Plant-Protein Powder, frozen banana, peanut butter, vanilla almond milk, and a handful of ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth:

  • Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds, or until all ingredients are combined, smooth, and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if necessary.

Serve Immediately:

  • Pour into a large glass and enjoy your shake right after your workout to maximize recovery benefits.

Notes

Banana Alternatives: If you’re out of frozen bananas, use fresh bananas and add more ice, or substitute with 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess.
Almond Milk Alternatives: Use any plant-based milk, or even regular milk, based on your preference.
