- 1 banana frozen
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 10 oz almond milk (vanilla unsweetened)
- Handful ice cubes about 1/2 cup
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients:
- Gather all ingredients. Ensure the banana is frozen, which adds thickness and a creamy texture to the shake.1 banana

Blend Until Smooth:
