  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup almond milk

Instructions
 

Cook the Oats:

  • In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water or almond milk to a boil.

  • Add the rolled oats, reduce heat to medium, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are soft and the liquid is absorbed.

Assemble the Bowl:

  • Transfer the cooked oats to a bowl.
  • Top with sliced banana.

  • Add a splash of almond milk for extra creaminess.
