Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 7 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Vegetables:

  • Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, and green bell pepper.
    4 medium tomatoes, 1 large cucumber, 1 green bell pepper
  • Finely chop the red onion.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and chopped onion.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then toss gently to combine.

Season and Serve:

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
