In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the flank steak.

Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked to desired doneness. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.

Assemble the tacos: place a few slices of grilled steak on each tortilla, top with chopped cilantro, and serve with lime wedges. Add optional toppings if desired.

Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak in the spice mixture for 30 minutes before grilling.
