Marinate the Lamb: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, coriander, garlic powder, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the lamb cubes and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Skewer the Lamb: Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers.
Grill the Kebabs: Grill the lamb kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred on the outside and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Serve: Remove the lamb kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with flatbreads and yogurt sauce on the side.

Notes
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
These kebabs can also be made with chicken or beef for variation.
Pair with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
