  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Flatbreads for serving
  • Yogurt sauce optional for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Lamb: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, coriander, garlic powder, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the lamb cubes and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for deeper flavor).
