  • 4 German sausages bratwurst or bockwurst
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 crusty rolls or bread

Cook the sausages:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.
