Chewy and Comforting Ramen Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch ginger grated
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 boiled eggs halved
- 1 green onion sliced
- 1 sheet nori cut into strips
- Chili flakes optional
Instructions

- In a separate saucepan, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.2 packs ramen noodles

- Add baby spinach to the broth and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.2 cups baby spinach
- Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Pour the broth and vegetables over the noodles.
