  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 boiled eggs halved
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1 sheet nori cut into strips
  • Chili flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, bring chicken or vegetable broth to a boil. Add miso paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil, stirring until combined.
