Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. - Make the Filling: Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. - Chill the Cheesecake: After cooling, transfer the cheesecake to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Serve: Slice and serve the cheesecake as is, or top with fresh berries or a drizzle of fruit compote.
