Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 bell peppers diced

- 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Protein:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.2 tablespoons olive oil

Cook Together:
- Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until everything is heated through.
Serve:
