Quick and Hearty Beef Stir-fry Recipe
A hearty and protein-rich dinner featuring tender beef strips stir-fried with fresh vegetables in a savory sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ½ cup beef broth
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions

- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
