  • 2 cups water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • ½ cup spinach or other leafy greens
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
