  • 1 lb chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces

  • ¼ cup mirin
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 green onions cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
