Ingredients
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 cup mixed greens lettuce, spinach, arugula
- ½ cucumber sliced
- ½ bell pepper sliced
- ¼ cup feta cheese optional
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Fruits:
- Wash and slice the apple and banana.1 apple, 1 banana

Prepare the Salad:
- Wash and chop the mixed greens.1 cup mixed greens
- Slice the cucumber and bell pepper.1/2 cucumber, 1/2 bell pepper
Combine Ingredients:
- In a salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber, bell pepper, and optional feta cheese.1/4 cup feta cheese
