Korean BBQ Marinated Beef Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef ribeye or flank steak, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Marinate the Beef:
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, gochujang, and chopped green onions.1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon gochujang, 2 green onions
- Add the thinly sliced beef and mix well to coat.1 lb beef
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Cook the Beef:
- Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated beef slices until fully cooked and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Serve:
- Serve the Korean BBQ beef hot, with steamed rice, kimchi, and fresh vegetables.
