  • 1 large tortilla or flatbread
  • ¼ cup hummus
  • ¼ cup lettuce shredded
  • ¼ cup tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup cucumbers diced
  • 2 tablespoons tzatziki sauce or tahini
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional
