If using a juicer, process all the ingredients through the juicer. If using a blender, combine all ingredients with water and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if a smoother juice is desired.
2 cups spinach, 1 lemon, 1 inch ginger, 1/2 cup water
Serve:
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by adding more apple or a splash of honey.
Store any leftover juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
