  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 green apple chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 inch ginger peeled
  • ½ cup water if using a blender

Prepare the ingredients:

  • Wash and chop all the ingredients as needed.

Juice or blend:

  • If using a juicer, process all the ingredients through the juicer. If using a blender, combine all ingredients with water and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if a smoother juice is desired.
    2 cups spinach, 1 lemon, 1 inch ginger, 1/2 cup water

Serve:

  • Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
