Instructions
Boil the Water:
Heat the water in a kettle until it just reaches a boil, then let it sit for a few seconds to settle.

Prepare the Tea:
If using loose leaf: Place 1 heaping teaspoon of loose-leaf English Breakfast tea in a teapot or infuser.
1 tea bag
If using a tea bag: Place the tea bag directly in the mug.
Brew the Tea:
Pour the hot water over the tea, allowing it to steep for 4-5 minutes. For an exceptionally strong brew, leave it for an additional minute.
Strain and Serve:
If using loose leaf: Strain the tea into a cup after steeping.
If using a tea bag: Simply remove the tea bag.
Add Milk (optional):
Pour a small splash of milk into the tea, enough to lighten it without diluting the strength. Stir gently.

Enjoy:
Serve immediately and savor the bold, almost "illegally strong" flavor.
Notes
Strength Adjustment: For an even stronger brew, use slightly more tea leaves or extend the steeping time by another minute.
Milk Options: Whole milk offers the richest taste, but oat or almond milk can be used for a dairy-free version.
No Sugar Needed: This tea is enjoyed with no sugar, embracing the natural boldness of the leaves.
