Authentic Carne Asada Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 8 small corn tortillas
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Guacamole
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add flank steak, ensuring it is well-coated. - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.

- To assemble the tacos, place slices of carne asada on each tortilla. Top with fresh salsa and guacamole.salsa, Guacamole
