Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup spinach blanched
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 zucchini julienned
  • ½ cup bean sprouts blanched
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang Korean red chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ground beef, cooking until browned. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

  • In the same pan, stir-fry the carrots and zucchini separately until tender. Season with a pinch of salt.

  • Blanch spinach and bean sprouts in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain and season with a little sesame oil and salt.

  • Fry the eggs sunny side up.

  • To assemble, divide the cooked rice into two bowls. Arrange the vegetables and beef on top of the rice.

  • Place a fried egg on top of each bowl and drizzle with gochujang.

  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
