Avocado Salmon Cucumber Salad Recipe
A refreshing and easy-to-make salad combining smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber, and cream cheese, seasoned with everything bagel spices.

- 1 large English cucumber
- 150 g smoked salmon diced
- 4 oz whipped chive cream cheese
- ½ avocado diced
- ¼ red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ teaspoon MSG optional
Instructions
- Slice the Cucumber: Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, thinly slice the entire cucumber into approximately 1/8-inch thick slices. Place them directly into a large deli container or mixing bowl.1 large English cucumber

- Mix: Secure the lid on the container and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Marinate: Refrigerate for at least 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve: Before serving, give the container another quick shake to redistribute the ingredients. Serve chilled, either directly from the container or transfer to a bowl.
