  • 1 large English cucumber
  • 150 g smoked salmon diced
  • 4 oz whipped chive cream cheese
  • ½ avocado diced
  • ¼ red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon MSG optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the Cucumber: Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, thinly slice the entire cucumber into approximately 1/8-inch thick slices. Place them directly into a large deli container or mixing bowl.

  • Add Ingredients: Add the thinly sliced red onion, diced smoked salmon, whipped chive cream cheese, diced avocado, and capers to the container.

  • Season: Sprinkle in the everything bagel seasoning, followed by salt, pepper, and MSG (if using).

  • Mix: Secure the lid on the container and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix all ingredients thoroughly.

  • Serve: Before serving, give the container another quick shake to redistribute the ingredients. Serve chilled, either directly from the container or transfer to a bowl.
