Authentic Beef Brisket Noodles
Tender beef brisket served over egg noodles, bathed in a flavorful broth, a favorite dish from HK Beef Brisket King.

Ingredients
- 500 g beef brisket cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch ginger sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 200 g egg noodles
- 2 green onions chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger
- Add beef brisket chunks and brown on all sides.500 g beef brisket
- Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, until the beef is tender.4 cups beef broth, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.200 g egg noodles
