Beyoncé’s Cajun Seafood Medley

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 lb crawfish tails pre-cooked if possible
- 1 lb crab legs, pre-cooked or fresh
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season the Seafood:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crawfish, and crab legs. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and toss to coat evenly. Add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.1 lb shrimp, 1 lb crawfish tails, 1 lb crab, 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
- In a large pot or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and just beginning to turn golden.1/4 cup unsalted butter, 4 cloves garlic
Cook the Seafood:
- Add the seasoned seafood to the pot. Toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the crab legs are heated through, about 5-7 minutes. If using fresh crab legs, extend cooking time by an additional 3-4 minutes.
Serve:
- Transfer the seafood to a serving platter or bowl. Garnish generously with lemon slices and chopped parsley for a fresh finish.1 lemon, Fresh parsley
