  • ½ lb ground pork
  • ¼ cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 pack dumpling wrappers
  • Water for sealing dumplings

Instructions
 

Prepare the filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chicken stock, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, ginger, garlic, and white pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
