Fieldwork Sandwich: The Perfect Lunch on the Go

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2 slices ham or turkey
- 2 slices cheese cheddar or Swiss
- ½ avocado sliced
- 1 handful mixed greens
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or mustard
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise or mustard on one side of each bread slice.1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 slices whole grain bread
