  • 1 lb beef ribeye or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Marinate the Beef:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, gochujang, and chopped green onions.

  • Add the thinly sliced beef and mix well to coat.
