Michelle Obama’s Classic Apple Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
For the Apple Filling:

- ¼ cup whole milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with butter or cooking spray.
Prepare the Apple Filling:

Make the Cobbler Topping:

Assemble the Cobbler:
- Drop spoonfuls of the cobbler topping over the apples, spreading gently for an even cover but leaving small gaps for the apples to peek through.
Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apple filling is bubbling.
Cool and Serve:
- Let the cobbler cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
