  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ lb pork tenderloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
    1 cup jasmine rice
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add pork slices and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same wok, add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

  • Return the pork to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.

  • Serve the stir-fried pork and vegetables over jasmine rice, garnished with sliced green onions.
