  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine beef slices, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same wok, add garlic, bell peppers, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.

  • Return the beef to the wok. Add hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth. Stir well to combine.

  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve hot over cooked rice.
