Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk or any preferred milk
- 1 scoop protein powder chocolate or vanilla
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon honey, Ice cubes
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a thicker shake, add more banana or use frozen banana slices.
